Not the OP, but I'm so glad I'm not the only one who feels this way sometimes! I've been wanting to do a fancy afternoon tea with little sandwiches, scones, cake, etc. but it's a lot of work to do just for myself. I'd love to have friends over to enjoy this with me (and I have several teapots and fancy teacups to do it with) but... pandemic. And also everyone lives too far away. :(
