This is also known as just roll cake, cake roll, jelly roll, cream roll, roulade, Swiss log, and Yule log (or bûche de Noël), so you can search for those too, if you'd like.

I find cake rolls pretty eggy (the amount of eggs helps make the sponge cake flexible enough to actually roll), so I've only ever made a couple, but I like a lot of Brown Eyed Baker's (https://www.browneyedbaker.com/) recipes.
