On the one hand, it could be that left-libertarian ends are achievable, but can only be achieved by force, and should be achieved by force; or on the other hand that left-libertarian ends are not achievable (or can only be achieved through force and should not be achieved through force). And it seems to me that neither of those positions is left-libertarian (you might possibly say that the first alternative is not libertarian, and the second alternative is not left).
