I know I know, it's boring and greedy, but money solves a lot of problems, both for me personally and for the world.

Alternatively, magically cap off everyone's income at a certain level, or make it so that they must redistribute their money/wealth to the less fortunate. For example, nobody gets to be a millionaire unless they are using the amount over 1M to actively help others to not be homeless or to live better. No bribes, kickbacks, etc to get far ahead of anyone else.
