My brain put that together as a waffle and tuna together casserole. Hee!

I had a delicious 'sandwich' that was an 'everything' rice cake with garden tomatoes (my ex sis-in-law brought me a ton), mixed salad greens, cheddar cheese and chicken. Deliciously crunchy and good.
