*laughing in real life*

I have yet to ship siblingcest, but honestly, I'm a little surprised I never have, given my love of extremely codependent ships. I mean, it's basically like, "Siblingcest! For when normal codependency just isn't codependent enough!" Plus, all that built in angst, self-loathing, and repression? Fuck yeah, all of those things are my jaaaam in a ship, lol.

what kind of fandoms are you into, op? I might have some recs for you.

I'm mostly into western live action fandoms, either shows or movie series, and generally not sitcoms. :)

Aahh I wish I had more for you, op, but I'm more into vidya. But, if you like period dramas, I can't recommend the Borgias enough. Cesare/Lucrezia is one of my faves.

Cool, I haven't seen that yet. Thanks for the rec!

I'm sorry if I missed it somewhere, but have you seen Supernatural? It's pretty much the definition of "codependent siblings", and there's a massive amount of fic.

A few years ago I watched the first three seasons, and I distinctly recall thinking, "Yeah, I definitely see why people ship this," but that was as far as it went. In all fairness, I only ship a handful of things, and I don't get to decide what they are. A ship either grabs me or it doesn't, and 95% of the time it doesn't.

But like, that bit where Dean makes the crossroads pact to bring Sam back to life? Daaamn that is some high octane codependency, and I was digging it.
