THIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIS. ♥

Seriously, Yuri Lowenthal? Crispin Motherfucking Freeman? Jeff Nimoy? ~~Speaking of which, you missed THE ENTIRE CAST OF DIGIMON 1 THROUGH 3. Seriously, content alterations aside, that cast was fucking amazing.~~

It seriously pisses me off when people don't even bother to listen to a dub and look it objectively before they pass judgement on it. It doesn't even matter if the acting itself is good and still suits the character, if it doesn't sound like the original, people deem it bad. I've seen people say that a show being dubbed is grounding to hate the show itself and shit like that. And half the time the people saying stuff like that still have their heads back in the days of Sailor Moon or are stuck on Naruto's "BELIEVE IT!" There are plenty of dubs out there that are just as amazing, and a handful of them that are downright better than the original.

Oh gosh, Digimon. I seriously have love for those dubs. I wish more companies would take a page out of their book when it comes to adapting anime for kids, because seriously, even the bad jokes were kinda fun.

Oh the bad jokes. Even rewatching that series now, I still love the bad jokes because hearing it come from them, it made it feel like they really were 11/12 year old kids, which I think is important to remember, and most shows wouldn't remember. Like, yeah, they were corny as hell and really stupid but they sounded like something you'd hear a real kid say. ~~Except maybe that strip poker comment from Davis in the Christmas episode but that's a whole 'nother story right there. |D~~

LOL, that's a good point. I remember saying dumb jokes like that as a kid and thinking they were totally awesome. ~~OMG I almost forgot about the strip poker comment.~~

To be honest, i never watched most of Digimon XD

but thank you.

(And yes, Yuri, Crispin, and Jeff. i love all three, and respect them deeply. even if Jeff is a pervy old man <3 they're all amazing voice actors, and a lot of fun to listen to.)
