Is it just that he looks douchey, or is there a douchebaggy story to go with this picture?

He just looks douchey as far as I know. But honestly, this picture was supposed to have remained private (or as private as something can be on the internet, anyway). It was originally somewhere on someone's personal myspace and then it got leaked all over the place. So I don't think it was anything more than just him screwing around with his cast mates.

Oh, i don't know the story behind it. It just seems like a douchebag thing to do. Look at all you wimps, who may only wear a t-shirt to be as amazing as I! Be in AWE! or something. Like he is mocking them.

Do you have friends? Do you ever do really stupid shit with them? Sure, these aren't his close friends, but they were working on a movie, and it was a difficult shoot. They're guys, and guys are dorks, and they were punchy and tired and likely just fucking around. I don't get how that makes him douchey. Dorky, sure, and possibly insecure about himself, but douchey? *shrugs*

Sure I have friends. But I'd never get a group of fat ones together and have them wear t-shirts of hot female bodies in bikinis while I pose all slender and pretty. Because that would be mocking them. It would be a douchebag thing to do.

Anyway, like I was asking...have you ever done something really stupid with your friends while overtired and overworked? And if so, try to imagine someone who wasn't there seeing a snapshot of that moment and jumping to conclusions when they don't know what's going on. This picture we're talking about...do you think Jared went and bought those t-shirts and asked people to wear them so that he could pose? Don't you think it's more likely that someone on the crew picked them up, perhaps as a joke along the lines of, "Look, we can be buff like Jared," just to fuck with him, and during one of those moments between takes where everyone's just trying to stay awake and not get pissy because they're tired and bitchy, someone decided to put on the shirts and take a picture?

(although, hey, to be fair, you could be totally right. I wasn't there.)

No, I've never done anything like this. I can say that with certainty. I don't like mocking and/or making fun of my friends. Or acquiantances. Complete strangers. That is absolutely not the kind of person I am.

They work crew on a big movie set - which means that even if they aren't half naked and flexing their shit, they're still in shape. The work they do is difficult, so I'm sorry, I don't see a parallel...but I'll admit that if I did think they were all fat, and they weren't smiling and they didn't all look like they were having a good ol' time, I could completely see where you were coming from.
