Yeah! There are people saying stupid shit like, "Oh, the movie was so bad, therefore, EIGHT ISN'T CANON LULZ." Which is just... stupid, as yes, the movie was shit and Eight was the only redeemable thing about it, but there's also a whole canon of audios and books to expand on his run (fun fact - with the books alone, Eight is the longest-standing Doctor with the exception - maybe - of Seven, and Fitz is the longest-standing companion)! To say that the poor bugger isn't canon is just plain wrong. Eight FTW!

That's sad...I liked the movie, regardless of it's crappiness. Because of Eight and because of Eric Roberts, mostly.

Eric Roberts scares me D: But that's not just because he mutilated the Master, that's a general Eric Roberts scene XD (I refused to watch his scenes on Heroes, too.)

Haha, that works...I got really excited that he was in the movie 'cause I loved him in Heroes. (Don't know much about mutilating the Master as the only other Master I've seen was John Simm...)

Heh! Okay, I've seen all versions of the Master except Peter Pratt (who was only in one serial, anyway), and believe me, he's scary >.<

I'm trying to watch as much of Doctor Who as I can (which isn't going so well...right now I'm focusing on the Eighth Doctor and his books), so hopefully I'll eventually see more incarnations of the Master.

Enjoy :D I adore the EDAs, Fitz is one of my favourite companions ever!

What book does he show up in?

Number nineteen, The Taint. Aside from a gap from book 37 to book 41, he's in every book from thereon up to the end, number 73. Also, another novel called Fear Itself, which is a Past Doctor Adventure and not an Eighth Doctor Adventure, but fits in with the EDA chronology (it comes in right after number 43, Earthworld). It's one of my favourites, I adore it ^_^
