He, Hercules, and the prince from Beauty and the Beast are probably the poorly designed men of Disney, IMO.

Aladdin, Captain Li Shang, Prince Phillip, Prince Eric, John Smith, Enrique Rivera, Prince Naveen, Flynn, Phoebus, Kristoff, Bill Andersen, and Tadashi are a big yes!

I see Tony Goldwyn.

Tony Goldwyn did Tarzan's voice and I'm assuming the animators took some of his features as reference for Tarzan's appearance. Like I can kind of see Christopher Daniel Barnes in The Little Mermaid's Prince Eric and a little of Robbie Benson in The Beauty and the Beast's Beast.

His hair is better than Weird Al's disgusting curls!
[Not a fan of tight curls and it doesn't suit Weird Al anyway, IMO.]
