Pretty much these, but I would squeeze a fourth one in (cheating I know) by including that the enough money for security only take about 30-40 hours a week max to earn (unless this is fun utopia time where earning money isn't necessary) so that spending time with loved ones and at leisure/hobbies is possible.

1) If someone else's life decision doesn't affect your life in any way, and will not potentially affect your life in any way... mind your damn business.
2) Make time for little pleasures. Chocolate, wine, music, friendship, and so on... whatever brings you satisfaction/contentment/peace/etc.
3) Severely limit or eliminate social media. It can be used for good but right now it's so poorly managed that the negatives greatly outweigh the positives.
