IA so hard. I always felt like he was the most interesting character out of the original three. He was the best actor (for me as well), AND he was the best looking. I don't understand why they pushed him aside so much in favor of Foreman/Cameron stories.

His past (druggie->seminary->doctor with daddy issues) combined with his just badassery makes him so much more interesting to me. Plus, out of the three, the other two were more diagnostic in nature.. autoimmune diseases (or whatever for Cameron), and the brain for Foreman. Chase was an intensivist - he had the most actual contact with the patient which I always found interesting since he acted so detached.

lol oh man, waxing poetic. but I really love Chase and wish they'd give him more to do in the series. He's being so wasted.

I agree with everything you say. I always felt that he was trying to be House and almost succeeding, but there was a little part of him that actually did want to be nice to the patients.

I've pretty much stopped watching because none of the new ducklings interest me, and why would I watch for only 1 minute of Chase? Granted, I do love Hugh Laurie and Robert Sean Leonard, but not enough to keep me watching.

That is exactly what happened to me as well. I mean the show is still fine, but I don't care about ANY of the new ducklings.. maybe Kal Penn's character a little bit.. but that's just because it's Kal Penn.

I hate that Foreman still gets so much screentime, and even Cameron has a decent amount. Chase is used the least of all, and I just don't understand it. He's the prettiest. The most interesting. I hate it. =(
