I have no idea if Jesse Spencer is into BDSM, but I think Chase definitely was--if he hadn't been he'd have admitted to knowing what was going on a lot sooner, instead of being all "...okay, I used to date this girl who..."

He knew Annette the instant he saw her. I think Chase dropped the girl who wanted to be burned because she was too extreme a masochist for him; ever since finding out he's THAT GOOD at hypnosis I've always imagined that he's into mental domination/mind control more than physical sadism.

And I bet he's really amazing. (Sadly I think Cameron is probably way vanilla.)

I always wish Chase would get with Peter Petrelli, who dearly needs a strong man to order him around all the time since he's always looking for one; since his powers are manifested in terms of his emotional states, Chase could even keep him under control.

Hmmm, I dunno. I think Cameron, on discovering that there were flavors outside of vanilla, would have no trouble expressing interest in them. *g* (Although I can't see her being into the submissive side of things. And how has no one written this fic yet?!)

Cameron strikes me as very much the sort of person who would either get all McKinnon/Dworkin on the issue or, as you said above, want to top, and I don't see Chase as much of a switch.

I write het (but not for House). But I don't write Chase/Cameron. I think that ship had a lot more to do with Jesse and Jennifer than with the characters as they were developed before someone decided to capitalise on the actors' chemistry. Of course Jesse and Jennifer broke up. If you're a shipper, feel free to ignore what I say, because I'm kind of completely anti-Chase/Cameron and you're not gonna change my mind. I liked HOUSE/Cameron better than Chase/Cameron (or House/Cuddy for that matter) although in House fandom I am really all about the slash.

There's quite a bit of Chase BDSM fact, but not very much of it where he tops.

D/s Foreman/Chase as done by Simmysin is pretty much the hotest thing on the face of the planet.

...Do people seriously see Chase as a top? (Looking at this thread.) My personal canon was he left the girl who wanted to be burned because he wasn't getting his end away with another sub. I assumed that was actually the intended subtext, so I find it slightly odd for people to think of him as a top.

I mean, when he tried the Dom Voice on Harvey, I burst out laughing. You could see him gearing up to it and then...I lol'ed. Very hard. I could almost sense a, "...please?" at the end of his order. Domming did not look like it came naturally to Chase.

It was an endearing attempt, in my eyes, but...rather fail.
