Not cultural apropriation - people buying traditional items of clothing/jewelry directly from craftsmen/tailors of that culture and wearing it.

You paid for it, and they're probably okay with you wearing it.

I 100% agree with this.

Making your own versions of other cultures traditional items of clothing/jewelry and selling or passing those off as authentic = 100% cultural appropriation.
