Thirding the 'what stereotypes' 'cause I have no clue. Most omega'vers is a bit too super!sub for me and/or seems obliged to have dystopian 'all omegas are dainty/helpless/useless/' forced stuff (practically slavery), which I'm not into.

What i've read that i've liked is mostly about rut/heat people being desperate for sex/fucking and it's all amazing and overwhelming and awesome.
