Technically it is fandom because whoever made the secret is a fan of Rahm Emanuel and Jon Stewart. But I agree that it's ignorant. It's probably one of the most bigoted secrets I've ever seen submitted. (I also want to know what country this person lives in that they believe was ruined by Jews.)
