Thanks for the reply; sorry i scared you. I wasn't considering suicide specifically, it was more of a "when I die i don't want to go there" than a "i don't want to go there tonight" sort of deal. Sorry for being potentially misleading.

I do feel better. Hopefully i won't have the same kind of scary midnight thoughts tonight. Fingers crossed.

I honestly think that kind of nighttime anxiety attack is the worst part of waking up in/staying up until the middle of the night.
