To the best of my recollection - a user fell in the shower after grabbing at a soap dish for balance, which came off the wall. They were outraged at this because either they confused the soap dish for a handle you were supposed to be able to hang on to, or because they just thought you should be able to to hang on to soap dishes. It got incredibly bad-tempered and flamey and ridiculous for no comprehensible reason.

I think the user wasn't very well liked in the first place. But I can't remember why. But it was a lot over something pretty mild.
