FWIW I enjoyed She-Ra but quit after one series because the worldbuilding was too thin to keep my attention. ATLA is genuinely well-written in a slow crescendo. It has some interesting stuff to say about politics and humanity. It's A Good Show. And like someone else was saying here, it starts particularly child-friendly. I would say that if nothing much piques your interest by the end of the first series, it's probably not for you. But it's definitely worth a try imo!
