Statistically speaking it only takes two consecutive generations of first cousin marriage for the untoward genetic issues to start showing up. There's a reason most cultures aren't super into cousin marriage anymore; the ones which are have a strong tendency to also be the ones where women's rights are truncated and their marriages are controlled by their families.
