It’s called a reverse bear trap. If it snaps open, it forces your jaw open to a lethal angle. The villain who uses them allows you a chance to find keys to get them off, but the boxes with the keys in them are booby-trapped with sharpened glass and gears and such to hurt your hands while you search. (This is all game canon.)

DA - Was this part of the original game or did it come specifically with the Saw DLC? It’s a murder machine so specific to those movies, it’s weird to know it’s being used in other franchises now.

Saw DLC. The specific character who uses it is a Saw villain.

From what I understand that was used in a Saw movie. Never saw it, but I read about it. What other things has this particular murder method been in?
