Now, as far as I know there is no actual buttsex going on the comic it self, but the countries and their histories are usually played out for laughs and everyone is kind of wuzzy, adorably full of fail and clingy with each other for various reasons. It's basically lots of dumb, saccharine fluff that fans like to make tons and tons of porn about.
Uh, maybe next time you should leave the explanation to people that have actually read the series in question. Just sayin.
