Man, I've been craving a novel with exactly that plot recently. Straight woman who is in a failing marriage with nice but clueles and insensitive guy is deeply unhappy until she meets hot lesbian/other bisexual lady and finds love, happiness and sexual gratification!

This manga might be more angsty than you’re looking for (and it’s not finished so it’s hard to tell where everything’s going), but it’s clear for the moment that the two women are finding something in each other that’s missing from their other relationships.

Hm, there's a manga that has the archetype you like. It has a busy career woman who is in a failing marriage where her husband's cheating on her, so she ends up cheating on him with a woman from her office. I can't remember the title off the topic of my head, but I read a review for it on ANN.

Forever ago I use to feel really guilty about not liking stuff that had official wlw content as a queer woman - mostly because they;re barely in the genres I like in fantasy/sc-fi (with the exception of books - which is awesome, but I'm a slow reader and I barely get time to read). I liked DS9 for characters that could be read as queer, like Kira Nerys, but obviously that isn't the same thing as having more canon characters being present.
