The closest I get to this is when I'm standing somewhere really high with either no railing or a low railing. Sometimes I'll think, "What if I just went insane for some reason and jumped?" But it's never a thought of actually doing it. It's just a fear that for some inexplicable reason I could go insane and do it without sane!me actually meaning to.
