Sorry, not a question, I just wanted to offer sympathy for the migraine (I get them frequently and had one last night myself). It's completely understandable to have had to log off for awhile. I hope you're doing better! Migraines are the worst.

(Also, since I didn't know this until recently and it changed my life to find out, while salt can be a migraine trigger for many people, it really helps my migraines and can help a lot of people whose blood pressure runs low— salty snacks + gatorade help a ton when I have a really bad migraine. Obviously, be careful with trying that if you aren't sure if it'd worsen your headache, and apologies if this is unnecessary information or something you already knew!)

Aww thank you. I'm getting better. Eating is wonderful.

(I think this one was triggered by a fever. I do have to keep my salt up though. Yum. Salt. But, no I haven't heard the salt thing before. Sounds like for dehydration migraines. Migraines can be triggered by about anything! That's what makes them so difficult to treat. They like literally warp the thin skin between your brain and your skull. And there are theories they rewire your brain. Doesn't help me and my writing ideas. Oh no. Ugh. Apologies if you already knew that.)
