She was too cool. She had to die.

Her character had potential, but never really made any sense? The main evil guy treated her as dirt all the time and his people didn't accept her, but she seemed to only realise it at a certain point in the film? She was also supposedly extremely powerful and it felt like she was with the "bad" guys by choice, or at least it felt like it should have been very easy for her to fly away if she wanted, but she stayed ...because teh main bad guy saved her once? It felt like it would make more sense if the main evil guy was truly nice to her and at least some of his people considered her one of them.

And yeah, a witch of this power should not have been brought down with a single arrow (but the whole movie was a mess....).
