What is everyone doing this weekend?

Last week, my plans to relax were ruined by a last minute trip to my sisters for ~reasons~. I have been nauseous from (I think) stress for about a week now. So hopefully I can avoid doing anything this weekend. Except researching low calorie, easy soup recipes and listening to podcasts.

I hope you find many soup recipes and they are delicious. And help with your needed rest.
I once made garlic soup. If I can find the recipe, would you like me to send it over in the morning?

At a risk of making my already insurmountable pile of podcast subscriptions even more so, what podcasts?

My plans: Draw, do pixel art, watch an Undertale LP in korean and... possibly survive Numenera? GM threw us a heck of a plot twist cliffhanger. We had PLANS and she listened to them as if she was planning to make her plans around our plans!

I'd love the recipe!

Well, tomorrow I plan on listening to the new Nosleep Podcast (I mod the subreddit so I have to). I'll also listen to some comedy podcasts while playing OW so Ear Biscuits, Film Sack, and MBMBAM. And then maybe some You Must Remember This and LeVar Burton Reads.

Also, I hope your game goes well and that you all survive.

I don't know if it'll be up your alley, but No Such Thing as a Fish is a pretty neat podcast that is sometimes very funny.

(Also, best wishes for feeling better soon. I hate being nauseated more than anything.)

I have a legal brief to write tomorrow. Other than that, lots of sleep and relaxing. I'm currently hormonal and have a migraine, so I just hope I can actually get that brief done. I wasn't able to get any writing done today, which is why I have to do it tomorrow.

If I watch something, it might be the Dune miniseries or it might be Event Horizon since I feel like a rewatch of both of those.

I hope you feel better! If my nephew was not here, I would be watching scary movies!

I might drag myself out to a protest today, but it's pretty grey out. I should tidy my room, but I'm putting it off until this other major household mess has been resolved :/

...and I just remembered I didn't call my GP about renewing a script, and now I have to wait until Monday. Bugger.

Trying to finish and draw some more Halloween fan art instead of taking part in inktober - which I'm kind of glad I've done instead of trying to push myself to doing daily drawings for a month.

I also need to push myself to do some cleaning around my home - I got to a point where I haven't done anything for a while and everything is getting to a gross point.

Is Inktober only for original work? There are so many October creative things to keep track of. O_O

Oh no, I hope your stomach feels better soon! My work is opening our building to the public for the first time in seven months tomorrow, and it's the last day of a six-day workweek too. I'm scared. And also Sunday is my only day off this week so I have to do all my errands and cleaning and stuff in a day.

Oh well, at least I have a job.

"Attending" a lot of C'monfluence panels. Eveen without COVID I wouldn't have gone to the con in person, but I love that I can attend via Zoom.

Saturday is a public holiday here, so very lazy weekend ahead. gonna clean up a bit, maybe bake something. start a list for christmas gifts (wanna do it early bc i want to send them out before dec 6 bc crowds and shit)

maybe continue my years old crochet project, do i can start a new one.
(i might want to invest in a blocking set for my crochet stuff)

Took my cat to the vet today for some blood tests and when I told them he was a fighter, they put a cat-strait jacket on him!

It looked hilarious but worked, as soon as he knew he was overpowered he became meek as a lamb.

*googles* Those look hilarious. I hope your cat is okay and the blood work is mostly routine!
