I haven't read it in years but I remember it being compelling and deeply disturbing. Definitely one to read the tags for.

I'm really sorry but I couldn't find the other one of which I was thinking. Maybe someone else will know it. It was a wincest case fic based on the pied piper of hamlin where a town had basically been completely overrun with rats who were eating people. It was terrifying and still haunts me to this day.
