Are you me anon? I feel exactly the same way about this film. It's an amazing film but dear god the ending. Still makes me shudder to think about it.

The ending is A LOT. I watched it again about a year ago and that was only my second time seeing it after a several year gap. It's a great film but not something I would feel "I really fancy watching that" about on a lazy Sunday afternoon.
