My carousel favourites - the ones that are ALWAYS installed on my computer - are 1. Elder Scrolls Daggerfall, Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim, 2. Dragon Age Origins, and 3. Thief The Dark Project and Metal Age. I can play all these over and over again and never get bored.

Planescape Torment and Outcast get honourable mentions for massively contributing to my formative years and just being incredibly groundbreaking and creative games in themselves.

Perennial favourites also include Heroes of Might and Magic III/IV and Dungeon Keeper for when I'm in a strategic mood.
