DA - a/b/o is interesting because I never know if the alphas have balls or not. Often they don't. It's like the knot replaces them. Which doesn't actually make sense (the knot has an entirely different purpose and function that the balls), but it doesn't really bother me one way or another. I like balls in my smut, though, generally.

AYRT, in my headcanon, Alphas have balls AND a knot.

Omegas don't need balls, because they have ovaries. But I guess the balls could be decorative only.
