Rabbit In Your Headlights by UNKLE ft. Thom Yorke - it’s barely a music video, the music almost feels incidental. But it’s very impactful.

Hunger by Florence & The Machine
Genghis Khan Miike Snow
Criminal by Fiona Apple
Apparitions by Matthew Good Band

rabbit very nearly made my list, but it suffered because while i remembered the video vividly enough the song didn't stick in my head - like you said, the music is incidental and i sort of think the best mvs are when the music and video work together to elevate each other

liking the impactful joke though :p
