I love this movie. It is creepy in a good way to me. It is all about the atmosphere and the building horror.

Agreed. They just don't seem to make movies like this anymore (Japanese horror movies like The Ring and Dark Water aside). The horror nowadays is usually right there in your face with no mystery attached, or just violent.
