VtM Bloodlines. The Ocean House quest was the first time I was ever genuinely scared playing a video game. I've played the game so many times, and that house still freaks me out.

I also have a deep fondness for Gothic 1 and 2 because they were my first games. (The third one is okay, but the less said about Arcania, the better.)
