Do you have it due to ADHD? Usually getting high or overly stimulated by ritalin or other similar stimulants means they aren't the right drug for treatment, or the dosage is too high. What you're describing is a general side effect but not one that is generally associated with ADHD from what I can recall.
I'd bring it up with your doctor regardless as it's always a good thing to mention all side effects no matter how small they might seem when given a new prescription.

I've been prescribed it for ADHD, but I'm also autistic, so sometimes stimming is just a thing that happens for me. I'll tell my psych anyway. Thanks.
