Shark week started today and I cried over some woman’s dog who died. So it’s been interesting

We're in sync! I'm trying period underwear. I keep panicking because I think I forgot to put a pad on.

I've been thinking about trying that underwear too. My flow isn't heavy, so I wouldn't probably have to use the thicker models. Are they comfortable and do they show if you are wearing tight jeans?

It probably varies with brand. I have the modibodi ones and the light ones look really similar to regular underwear. I don't think you could tell the difference under jeans unless the fit was bad. The absorbent part is less stretchy than a regular underwear gusset but it's still flexible.

They are pretty comfy. I think they're bamboo? I'd have to check, but they breathe pretty well and they're soft and stretchy. My only quibble is I wish the waistband was a bit wider and the elastic less firm. They fit fine, but it sits right where I'm cramping and even the slightest pressure is ouch.
