Less “dubious” and more full-on “yikes” but: Mpreg where the character doesn’t realize they’re knocked up for a long time and/or hides their pregnancy for a long time and/or goes into labor when nobody even knows they’re pregnant. (There is a specific way it needs to be written, though, to make it arousing rather than horrifying.)
