Frustrating. Had a gross incident super-early Saturday with sewage backing up into my basement (concrete floors, not really finished, so no damage, just gross), and it took three days of a 24 hour 'express' plumbing service to come snake out the blocked drain.

I get it, it's a weekend (and then a dubious 'holiday'), but don't text me telling me 'there in an hour' and then three hours later tell me two hours from now..... For three days. ARGH.
Nobody else was even taking calls, so.....

AND THEN, of course, it cost more than they said, and there is now sewage sludge flung up the side of my water heater, my washing machine, and the wall, that i have to clean off. Yay.
