You'll get the same thing with people who only read "the classics" or all non-fiction, or only listen to classical music, or only watch reality TV. It might be a red flag but it's not a be-all and end-all trait.

nah fam, people who read only "the classics" or whatever might have narrow af taste and be absurdly pretentious but at least they aren't out there acting like shittily characterized, shittily constructed, and/or shittily plotted trash frequently riddled with SPAG errors is superior to every other form of the written word. Now with reality tv you might have a comparable point (though pretty much everyone I know who's super into reality tv acknowledges that those shows are stupid, they just think they're entertaining.) Also I'm going on personal experience here, not hypotheticals. I realize that's anecdata but it's not like there are peer-reviewed studies out there to be examined about people who exclusively read fan fiction.
