Sadly it is not. When she first runs into Kefka, OK runs to attack him and she does not move an inch. She is always in the back, cringing, uncertain, etc outside of battle.

I think...he's a summon...or something. Like in VIII you know? I'm not sure. I'm pretty sure he doesn't have any involvement in any of the actual story though (i.e. Exdeath and Bartz won't even canonically acknowledge his presence, ect). So no awesome stealing everyone's swords scene :{ Which should really happen seeing just how many swords there are in this game XD
