113.UGH,I KNOW.I never realized just how shitty ff.net was until I really got into fic on LJ.
THOUGH..
It really depends on the fandom.In my own experience,Kingdom Hearts actually used to have some really wonderful fic there.
TDK fandom,on the other hand? Lawl,yeaaaaaahno.Every bloody fic there is about a dumb sue.

129.I've seen/read both.
I think the anime is a TON better,I agree with everything you've said.I'm not even an anime fan anymore and I loved it.It was such a great show.Don't feel sad! There will always be divides in fandom like that--it's sad that people don't respect other's opinions.All you can do is ignore it.
