I do run into it every once in a while, but it's usually complete crap involving phrases like "glistening bodies" and "tipped over the edge" and shit like that. If you have to say "tipped over the edge" instead of "came" then you shouldn't be writing porn.

If all one ever writes is "He came" then one should just give up creative writing and go into science. Even in porn, nobody wants to read a clinical version of sex.
