People actually say this? It's not a haggling situation, lol.

I can't imagine this. I guess it happens with Fanart more often than non fan art. I mean, I have a friend who's an artist, and she charges what she dies for her work. At worst I tell her that one day I'll afford her stuff, and when she does smaller collections (affordable prints) I do buy. But this anon just sounds entitled.
