There are strips that depict invasions as 'seizing the vital regions' of countries, but they're purposefully meant to be double-entendres (unbeknownst to the countries themselves). It's just kind of a dirty joke, and it isn't really indicative of countries being...er, actually physically molested. France is really the only major, purposefully sexual character in the series, and that has more to do with his stereotype/individual character than anything else.

Anyway, as far as I know, any rape jokes or actual depictions of rape are just products of the fandom.

Oooh, so it's a fanon phenomenon, rather than canon. See, I actually had a fan try to get me into Hetalia. I'm really into history and even comedic interpretations of history, but it sorta went:

She: And then when countries invade each other, it's like they're feeling that country up!
Me: :O
She: It's so hilarious and adorable!
Me: :O

So that actually makes me feel a bit better.

Yeah. Hetalia's pretty out there with the sexual jokes, but I have a feeling that person you talked to was crossing some wires somewhere. A lot of the source material mixes in with the fandom on the community, so it's sometimes hard to tell what's actually canon and what isn't some shit made up by fans. I will admit that some suspect stuff happens in a few of the extra comics, but they're not really relevant to the relationships of countries/battles/etc. in the main story.

Although, I should mention that a country's land corresponds to their actual physical body. So a northern region of a country might be a part of 'their' hair or something. And countries have 'looted' each other by poking around at the different parts of others' bodies, which is definitely pretty suggestive, but it's still not, uh, exactly like that person told you. I mean, the characters themselves also represent the physical countries, so jokes like that were bound to happen anyway regardless.
