The way our culture wants good women to be is submissive, in the sense that we will take whatever our man wants to give us sexually and like it. Even or sometimes especially if that's super-respectful, treat-her-like-glass-because-she's-a-good-girl-and-good-girls-are-fragile sex. (OK, I just made myself shudder. Ew.) The cultural stereotype in its purest, ugliest form is that all women are submissive, but good girls want to be respected and cherished for their goodness, and only sluts want it rough, because they know they're dirty bitches who deserve to be hurt.
Being a sub who wants to be dominated in very specific ways AND wanting to be a good girl and be respected and treated well and not shared or humiliated outside of the bedroom is kind of subversive actually. For one thing, she's owning her own sexual desires and expecting them to be satisfied.
