As someone who has faded away from my previous fandom for newer ones and who frequently posted salty comments about it, I feel weirdly paranoid that this secret is about me! (I mean, I'm not claiming I'm an excellent writer, but still.)

Same! Mainly the salty comments part, because I can think of a couple people in one of my fandoms whom I tend to share similar attitudes with regarding the fandom :D.
