Meh, I'm insanely squeamish (because whenever I see someone feeling pain, I imagine this pain inflicted on myself, so I have to close my eyes during any torture scene), but I love Saw movies - for their plot and characters. The first one doesn't even have that much gore, it's more of a psychological thriller. And since these movies do have a plot and a philosophy of sorts AND their characters aren't just some obnoxious cannon fodder but have personalities, complexity and stuff (well, until 8th movie this was the case anyway), I wouldn't call them torture porn, there's so much more to them (for me, at least).

Hostel, however, is 100% torture porn. Eli Roth's movies are always about horrible things happening to horrible people in a way that doesn't feel cathartic, so I avoid them.
