fail_fandonanon. It's a panfandom anonmeme that has separate threads for many of the current fandoms as well as general threads. Posts turn over every 6500 comments. So you can't easily build online friendships there, but it's a good place to hang out and chill and argue. If you've got a Dreamwidth account it's worth getting banned, so as not to anonfail.
