Taking a nap, or at least about to. Once I got to sleep, about 4AM, I slept okay without nightmares, but I woke up at 8, and I need more than 4 hours. So hoping the nightmares can stay away for a few more hours of sleep.

Then going to take a hot bath, listen to some music on Youtube and also put some new music on my Ipod, and play with my kitty.

Probably going to do a salad for dinner. I've got an Asian sesame salad mix, and I'll just add some rotisserie chicken and mandarin orange slices to it.
