The entire cast of Spirit Hunter: NG.

Maleficent ala her initial role in Kingdom Hearts; she was the strongest villain in the series from a narrative and tonal standpoint and no one can convince me otherwise. Her role being diminished over time is arguably one of the franchise's most prominent lows.

Matsu from .hack//G.U. who for whatever reason, has been pretty much ignored for years even though he's hot and a fairly standard shonen-rival type character which are usually more popular in fandom. IDK. I like him with Haseo and am surprised so few others online are into the ship.

Suezo. Just, like, in general. Suezo is the best.

Cory Matthews parents, Alan and Amy, ala Boy Meets World. It's pretty rare to have parental figures not be lame - they were often more entertaining than even the lead characters.
